Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PitchKitchen, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You agree to use PitchKitchen lawfully. You will not:

• access the service through automated means without prior consent;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service;
• upload malware, illegal, or infringing content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

You agree not to use the AI features to:

• generate hateful, harassing, sexual, or violent content targeting people;
• plan unlawful activity, fraud, or evade lawful regulation;
• generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property;
• bypass usage limits or attempt to extract system prompts, API keys, or other credentials;
• submit personal data of others without a lawful basis, or sensitive categories of data (health, biometric, financial card data) into prompts.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.

Prices, features, and plan limits may change. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. After cancellation your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep full access during that time and then automatically move to the Free tier.

Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact atm250F@gmail.com.

Your content. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the generated blueprints, ideas, and chat outputs produced for your account. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the service.

Our service. The PitchKitchen software, design, name, and trademarks remain our exclusive property. AI outputs are provided "as is" and may overlap with outputs produced for other users.

PitchKitchen provides AI-generated suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice. Verify all outputs before acting on them. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchKitchen and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the AI tools, or pose a security or billing risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; cancellation of paid plans follows section 5.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
